🔗 How do I share my setlists with my team?

Every setlist you create in WorshipChords can be shared with your worship team — no login required.


Many worship leaders use this to send their team the upcoming Sunday’s set in seconds — keeping everyone aligned and prepared.


Each setlist includes two viewing options:

  • 🎧 Practice Mode (for rehearsal and prep)
  • 🎙️ Perform Mode (for live worship)

You can send either link to your team so they can access the set from any device.

🔗 New Quick Copy Option


You can now copy your setlist link directly inside Practice or Perform Mode.


At the top of the page, next to the setlist title, you’ll see a 🔗 icon.

Tap or click it to instantly copy the link.

When it turns into a ✅, the link has been copied successfully.


Then simply paste and send it to your team.


No right-clicking required.

📋 How to Copy the Share Link


Option 1 (Fastest):

Open your setlist in Practice or Perform Mode and tap the 🔗 icon next to the title.

When it changes to ✅, the link has been copied.


Option 2:

From 🗂️ My Setlists, right-click (desktop) or tap and hold (mobile) the Practice or Perform link and copy it manually.

Send that link to your team — they do not need an account to view it.

🎧 Practice Mode (For Team Prep)


Practice Mode is designed for rehearsal and preparation during the week.


When you click 🎧 Practice, your team can:

  • Listen to the song audio
  • Transpose chords and audio to any key
  • View lyrics and chords
  • Watch available tutorial or training videos
  • Navigate easily between songs in the set (Next / Previous / First / Last)

This is perfect for:

  • Sending to your team before rehearsal
  • Helping musicians practice their parts
  • Allowing vocalists to prepare in advance

🎙️ Perform Mode (For Live Worship)


Perform Mode is designed for clean, focused use during rehearsal or live services.


When you click 🎙️ Perform, your team will see:

  • A clean, distraction-free chord chart
  • Transposable lyrics and chords
  • Simple navigation between songs

This is ideal for:

  • Musicians on stage
  • Vocalists who need a quick reference
  • Leading worship with clarity and focus

🚀 How to Access Practice or Perform Mode


  1. Go to 🗂️ My Setlists
  2. Find the setlist you want to share
  3. Click 🎧 Practice or 🎙️ Perform next to that setlist
  4. Copy the URL from your browser
  5. Send it to your team
